This ranch is located about 20 miles south of Pie Town in Unit 15. There are 6 permanent waters 3 of the wells are solar powered. Two natural springs and one electric well help to provide water year round for the elk habitat. This ranch has a reputation for harvesting big elk.
The property ranges from large, open valleys to large mountains and deep canyons. The property is mostly tree covered with the exception of one open are on the east side of the ranch. Trees include ponderosa pine, pinon, oak and juniper. The ranch is in a n area surrounded by the Mangas Mountains, the Datil Mountains and the Horse Mountain Recreation Area. The elevation ranges from 7000-8100 feet.
